I hope you are keeping well.

Thank goodness it was not a personal problem with AOT but more a general one.......it is frustrating, because there never seems to be any formal channel for "complaints" or redress when someone gives you an answer that is palpably wrong.

Certainly I shall contact Siobhan Gaskell. Would you happen to have an email address for her?
