Hi All

I have found one of my brick walls in the Tas Elect Roll for Kingborough
1856 at the GSV Melbourne " Sayer James Pt Cygnet leaseholder Pt Cygnet E
Hedditch lessor" can I go anywhere from here is there another step or is
this it.

I know James married in Tas and had children, could a convict vote? could a
free convict vote? I can't find him coming in to Tas or leaving but the
family ended up in Victoria.
