I just went through my "Sent" directory and it appears that I'd sent the
message below to Douglas only and not to the lists as I intended.

If I did in fact send it to the lists previously, please accept my
apologies for sending it again.

The list has been created. Details are below. I've also sent this to
the AUS-NSW-SE and AUS-SAGEN lists as I feel that Norfolk Island is
likely to be relevent to members on those lists, too. My apologies to
those, like me, who will receive this message up to three times.
