Thank you for all the replies about Sarah Broadhurst nee Evans. When this
lady married John Broadhurst, he was already married with a family in
Warrington, England and somehow his first wife Margaret and son James came
out to Australia, so while she was living in Piggoreet with her two
daughters, John was with his first wife and family. Sarah would have been
aged c44 years in 1872, so she could very well have remarried. She's a
mystery!! Maybe I'll find her through the daughters.
