Contact the Archives Office of Tasmania, http://www.archives.tas.gov.au/

Indents and Appropriation Lists are not available for all ships, but they
will be able to provide copies of what they do have and send an account
with the copies.

They get a lot of requests, so don't expect an immediate response.
