Greg,

Can't help you with the cemetery in particular, but if you go to
http://www.thelist.tas.gov.au/index.html

Click on Public Services, then Enhanced Map Display and enter "Long Bay"
in the box and choose "Coastal features" from the drop down menu, it
will bring up 4 Long Bays (but the first is merely the end of Binalong
Bay). Click to go to the maps and maybe this will give you some clues
on where to look for the cemetery.
