Hi Julie,

The only listing for that surname (or anything close) is the marriage of
Johann Wilhelm Otto, 29, to Mary Ann Dods, 31, Strahan District, 30 Nov
1899, Reg No 1010.

There are a number of Kroschel listings in the Victorian Pioneer Index, do
you have those ?
