You could check the Launceston Rates Assessment Records for this address
in the year 1915. These are held in the Launceston Reference Library.

Subject: [AUS-Tas] WALKER, Ann, died Launeston 1915
Hello folks,
I'm now attempting to unravel the information I extracted at the AOT
this
week. Here is my first puzzle.
Ann WALKER nee PHILLIPS died in Launceston on 17 June 1915, "at her
son-in-law's residence, 10 Welman St, Launceston" (according to death
notices inthe paper).
When Ann's husband William Walker died in 1885, he left his estate to
his
wife Ann Walker, not mentioning that they had a daughter. There is no
daughter that I can discover in the Pioneers Index, but Taslink shows
that
an unnamed daughter born in Westbury in 1855 has been submitted by
someone.
The daughter could have been an ex-nuptial daughte of Ann's perhaps, or
a
child of the marriage, or even a step-child of Ann's as her husband had
been
previously married - I haven't been able to sort that out either at this
stage, but I'm still working on it.
So - I don't know the daughter's name. I don't know the son-in-law's
name.
I don't know the exact relationship.
Given all that, how can I work out who lived at 10 Welman Street in
1915? I
could have gone through the Electorial Rolls, but in the time available
couldn't work out what electoral division Welman St was in. Is there a
Post
Office directory for Launceston based on addresses? Or do I have to go
through every entry to find 10 Welman St? Is there any easy way of
discovering this?
The other clue I have is that Ann Walker was buried at Carr Villa
Cemetery
(but does not appear on TAMIOT). Would I be able to discover who bought
the
grave or arranged the funeral? Would I be likely to get either Ann's
daughter or son-in-law's name on the death certificate as a witness, or
more
likely to get the name of the undertaker?
A few pointers would be greatly appreciated. (Even better, I'd like to
contact someone related!!)
