I couldn't find any pertinent births, deaths or marriages on the Tas
Pioneers Index for your Walter OWEN and children, only a birth for Olive
Alberta BRAMICH, b. 21 March 1876 at Port Sorell to Joseph BRAMICH and
Emily Ann WYATT. RGD 33/54 1876 No.1415

I didn't check any variant spellings.
