G'day Garry

According to the book by Delma R. Carne "An Old Soldiers Family" The family
of John Dell 1763-1866.

"In June 1830, a son, James was born in Launceston, but the little boy only
survived 6 weeks. Between then and 1838 James and Ann went to Victoria to
live.
What happened after that is uncertain, but sometime prior to 26th April 1845
Ann appears to have become the wife of William Brean. William's previous
wife Mary Lenoy had died in January 1841 At the Cross Keys Hotel after less
than 4 years of marriage."

The book also says that James Anderson had owned the Cross Keys Hotel and
had sold it to William Brean. Also that Maria Walford Dell was born prior
to the marriage to Ann and James.

Hope this helps,

Carl
