O'Briens Bridge is on the Main Road in Glenorchy. I have a photo that I can sent to you by email if you like to contact me. It is a very historical bridge but except for a small plaque on the roadside it has been almost forgotton and can be easily missed.

Hi list,

I wonder if some one can help me or put me in the right direction of where to look.

Have just discovered that O'Brien's Bridge is a place in Tasmania.

Could someone please tell me where it is?

My husbands grandfather Charles Daniel was born in Glenorchy 1869 to Thomas FitzGerald and Bridgert Gleeson.
On the certificate the witness is A FitzGerald sister from O'Briens Bridge.

Also would there be any records from O'Briens Bridge
i.e land records, property owners etc that I could trace this A FitzGerald?
