they aren't available on line. The Department of Justice, Births 1900-1905
microfiche lists:

BRIGGS, Elsie Annie, parents Charles Robinson & Sarah Diana Briggs, born
District of Ross, year 1900, Reg # 2276

would someone be able to do a lookup for me please?

Looking for Elsie G Briggs b 1900-1905, in either Ross or Hobart, with
parents Sarah and Charles Briggs.
