Try searching the Tas Archives catalogue at
http://search.archives.tas.gov.au/

Choose "basic search" and try terms such as:

Zeehan baptism
Zeehan school

You are bound to get some items returned; follow those that look promising.
Depending where you are, you can go into Tas Archives to view or you can use
their research facility to get them to do it for you (for a fee).
