My apologies to Michelle and anyone else who didn't like my e-mail on the subject of John Hayburn.

If it had not been for Michelle's comments then I would not have considered the problem at hand, so her contribution, which I have already told her privately, was indeed valuable.

The thrust of my e-mail was to make sure Julie considered all options and I obviously overlooked Michelle's feelings in drawing attention to what she had contributed.

Once again my apologies to Michelle and anyone else who was concerned including Cara.
