IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER!

1.
Other members of your organisation can join this list but ALL subscriptions
have to be approved - they're not automatic. If I don't recognise the email
address / person, others on this list may need to let me know that the
subscription is legitimate. In other words - this list is restricted to
people from GDHA member organisations.

2.
ONLY people subscribed to this list can post to the list. So messages /
discussions on this list will be from members of GDHA but please remember
that ANYONE can view messages in the rootsweb Mailing List archives so
although we will be having "private" discussions, don't say things you don't
want any strangers to read. And more importantly, don't discuss issues
about individuals that you wouldn't want that individual to read!

3.
I might be the List Admin for this list but remember that it's YOUR list to
discuss anything helpful to you and other members of GDHA in between
meetings.
