Subject: Victorian Pioneer Index marriage look up

Hi All,

Yesterday I received a copy of the marriage certificate of John MCGILLIVRAY
to Jan(n)et FRASER on 23 Apr 1867. According to the copy (which is taken
from the original certificate) their marriage was recorded as being no. 57
in the District of Leigh on the previously mentioned date. The ceremony was
performed at the home of John CAMPBELL in Warrambine according to the rites
of the Presbyterian Church.

I've tried finding this on the VIC indexes before without success, and I
STILL CAN'T FIND IT on the Index CD I was looking at. Can someone have a
look at the "updated" one which uses the Digger format and see if they can
find it, even if the names of the people are spelt differently?

If it's not there, then I will be writing to the VIC BDM with a copy to ask
them to amend their indexes!
