Hello Annette

Do you know if your Fanning family (residing in Chilwell) had any
connection with Griffiths Fanning and Co, Merchants in Geelong in the
1850s?

Jonathan Porter O'Brien who built Barwon Grange Chilwell in 1855
worked from the office of Griffiths Fanning and Co Little Malop
Street Geelong in 1854. (Chilwell being a mile or two from the centre
of Geelong)
