Hi Ainslee,
I'm not sure what hours the library is open, but you don't need it to be
open to access the lifts to the Record Centre as the lift access is in the
foyer and not in the library. I think the Record Centre makes sure this
access is always open.
Why don't you ask them?????? Contact details for GHRC are on their web site
