Hallo to all listers - I am hoping against hope that someone can give me some
background information on life as it was in Geelong during the time the above
people, my great, great grandparents were living there.
Charles John CADMAN married Catherine Mary HALL on the 30th December, 1877 at
Narrandera, NSW. Shortly after their marriage, they travelled to Geelong by
dray - later moving to the Seymour District where they started their family.
They also lived in the Mangalore District along the Seymour/Shepparton Road.
Please forgive me if these districts are not actually in the Geelong area - I
am finding that learning about genealogy is also a bit like having a lesson
in towns and their locations amongst other things.
