Looking at my soapbox comments made me feel guilty as I don't want to
discourage people but I'm concerned that some people are getting targetted
with requests.

A suggestion - if there's a request for multiple look-ups and you feel you
can help, perhaps just do ONE of the lookups and spread the load amongst
those who can help.

There's no easy answer except ........... be considerate!

Also remember that some of these books are produced by groups such as the
Geelong Family History Group who have put out heaps of great publications
and if you have a few references in one of their publications you might
consider ordering a copy and therefore helping them to keep up the good work
and produce even more publications that might help you and others in the
future.
