Hi Diane,

My Griffins were Allen & Susan (nee Brett) who arrived in Geelong from
Norfolk England in 1855. All their family were born in Geelong. At this
stage, I have found no trace of any other family members coming out here so
I would have to say there is no connection to your John & Jane. In fact, I
have found no siblings for Allen at all which is pretty strange given the
period. Should I come across anything that I think may connect I will
gladly let you know.
