TO ALL MEMBERS of FAMILY HISTORY GROUPS
We need help and information to make a submission to our Council and we only have five days
Our group until about 2 years ago always shared the LDS library and our holdings in Whyalla, they were broken in to and because of there insurance they asked us to leave. Since then we have not had a home and our holding have been held at one members home and not really been accessible as all us would like. We need an answer to this as well as giving back our member's home to her.
We do have a room to hold our general meetings but not to have our holdings available for use
We can also still visit the LDS library but that is still not a home.
After looking in to many different answers to open up again we have at last got to the stage of meeting with the council of Whyalla as they are spending $1.5m to $2m on a new library in Whyalla we are trying to get in on the "ground floor."
Could you tell me how you got and what you pay and all the rest and the understanding of where you hold your meetings?
Opening hours, staffing, Loaning off holdings and anything else you think may help.
We have this meeting next Wednesday can you answer by then please?
Best Regards
Sheelagh Wiles
