Hi, Peter,
the Centre for Gippsland Studies at Monash Uni, Churchill has copies of the
Gippsland Times on film, among many other newspapers that have been filmed.
They have the equipment to also photocopy the pages you might require also.
You need to ring the uni first though to ensure that study centre is open
and their hours, it is quite a while since I was there so things may well
have changed.
Meredith Fletcher (from memory) is the lady that runs the centre.
