Seems to be a little interest in Tinamba - so why not have a wonder around
it????

I did actually edit and publish "Beneath Blue Hills: A History of Mewburn
Park, Tinamba and Riverslea" by Wal Vardy (Kapana Press, 1994). It is now
way out of print, but it does have a good index.

But if you would like to tell us a bit about your family, their names, when
they were there, and why etc, please feel free to post to the list.

One other thought springs to mind - a suburb of Timamba is Upper Maffra
West - that may be the more accurate "West Maffra" of the original
registration. All in the County of Tanjil.
