Can anyone help with information on Samuel Vincent please?
Born 1841. He immigrated from Liverpool in 1858 on board the 'Anglosaxon'
at the age of 17 years. Was married to Caroline Bayles.
Do not know when or where they got married.
Their son Samuel Augustus Vincent, married Marjorie Ross. They lived at
Mount Taylor, near Bairnsdale.
I would like to find out about Samuel Vincent senior, where he was married
and is buried.. at Bairnsdale?

Is anyone able to assist with a history or part there of, on the Crooked
River Post office. I have been told my Great grand mother Marjorie Ross
grew up there and her mother was the first post mistress. Can anyone
confirm this or add to it with any little snippets at all please?
