Births Deaths and Marriages from 1836 thru to 1920
Deaths Only from 1921 to 1985
There are in all 5 CD's published by Vic BD&M's.
Pioneer Index 1836 - 1888
Federation Index 1889 - 1901
Edwardian Index 1902 - 1913
Great War Index 1914 - 1920
The 5th is the Deaths only Index from 1921 - 1985.
The average price for each Disc is around $200.00. Some a bit more some a bit less.
There is a 75 year rule governing publication of Births and Marriages as its odds on the people are still alive and to
publish those details is considered an invasion of privacy.
Deaths they don't care so much as you cannot be sued buy a deceased!! :-)
