I'm hoping that someone with the Pioneer Index can help me out with some lookups along with reg. numbers.


Ewen (Hugh) ROSS d. 1869 possibly about 68 years old at death, parents may show as Ewen & Nancy
Ann ROSS (nee Nic(h)olson) d. 1895 born 1802
All ages according to arrival shipping record in 1854, all born Scotland.

Their children -

Donald b. 1827 & Wife Ann b. abt 1827 (separate shipping record on same ship)
their children in 1854 - Ann b. abt 1850 & John b. abt 1854(listed as an infant)

John b. abt 1829
Sarah b. abt 1835
Mary b. 1836
Alexander b. 1838 (may have married a Mary McGillivray)
Norman b. 1842
Ann b. 1844
Marion b. 1847
Catherine b. 1849

Another possible daughter Jane came to Victoria with her husband Hector McDonald about the same time and settled near Edenhope but as yet I havent found their arrival records. Jane and Hector are my gggrandparents.
