Hi,
I do not know who the body might have been in the day, but I do know that when the
Government started to control Liquor being sold, there was a Liquor Act part of that
Liquor Act was also the registration of Liquor Licenses for the sale of Liquor, so I'd be
directing my question more towards the now known Liquor Control Board of Victoria and ask
them about their archives?
