Hi All,
Whilst in a pause in following my side of family the McClellans/Kilmartin/Cullinan/Harridge, while waiting certificates,I am also looking for info on my husbands ancestors.Complicated because they changed there names, but, They were gold miners in the Avoca area,possibly Percydale and when originally they came out from China went under the name of Ah Yuk(Yak) and wife Sing Yuk(Yak) This then seems to have changed to Ah Hoon and later again(Westernized) to Wy Hoon. And finally to Wyhoon. If anyone finds anything on these would be greatly appreciated.
