Hi SKS Members,

According to the Bendigo rates book, in 1882 THOMAS WALSH( b. Ballarat),
occupation - thresher, rented a house in Larritt Street, Bendigo owned by
Neil Ward.

THOMAS WALSH and his spouse JOHANNA POWER (b. 4 Aug, 1858, Bendigo) were the
parents of Mary (b. 1880),Richard (b. 1881), Ellen (b. 1883) and Vera (b.
1886).

Some time after 1882 they left Bendigo to live in Narrabri, NSW.
Can any list members assist with any further details please?
Are there any Thomas Walsh descendants in Narrabri district?
How would the family have travelled from Bendigo to Narrabri in those days?
What might have attracted the family to Narrabri?

Any other details of birth, marriage or death would be appreciated.
