There was a Golden Point State School near Maryborough, Vic. I saw it in
1996: it is the only building left of Golden Point. It has been a
residence for many years, but the plaque was still visible above the door,
and it was well-maintained.

My ancestors, RICE, lived in that area in the 1880s.

Hi List,

Can anybody tell where Golden Point State School was. Several relatoves who
lived around James and Bond Street, Ballarat East attended there in the
1910's and 20's
