Hello Listers,

Am looking for anyone researching the same Dwyer family as mine.
I have gotten as far as Michael Dwyer born abt 1802 Tipperary,
Ireland married Ellen McCarthy. They came to Australia in
1841, lived in Melbourne and added to their family. They moved
to Tylden in 1855 and later to Barfold, where Michael was a
farmer. Ellen lived to be 101 years old, and is buried in the
Kyneton cemetery.
Children: John, Patrick (my line)(married Catherine Murphy),
William, Honora, Mary (married Richard Dargan), Michael,
Bridget, Thomas (married Margaret Madden and Mary Maher),
and Ellen.

Because there are so many Dwyers with the same names I am
compiling a database to help sort them out! So if you have any
to add I'll be only too happy to have them. (ones that have been
in Victoria)
