Please post responses to the list. I am also interested in finding
'assisted' migrant ships and passenger list. Still cannot find out how or
when my Ebenezer LAKER got to Victoria. The only items I have on him are
his birth date in England and his death date in Victoria (place unknown).
thank you.
June.

| Yes the URL suggested by Christine was great for finding my Bennett
DUNSTAN and brother who came on the Essex as unassisted migrants in 1866. I
hadn't thought of using it for a ship search!
|
| Does anyone know of the likelihood of indexing for assisted migrants'
ships? My HARVEY line came from Cornwall on the Clara and disembarked "of
own accord" at Belfast (Port Fairy) in Dec 1854.
