Hi Sue,
I found my ex-husband's great grandfather's naturalization records at the
National Archive website - I asked for them to be posted online and it took
about six or seven weeks. I couldn't afford the charges for copies and this
is free. He arrived in Aus in 1855 and was naturalized about 1920 (he
couldn't get the old age pension otherwise). He lived in NSW. I think this
website is for the whole of Australia.
