Follow the steps from "Purchase historical images ..." onwards, it's very easy to do, especially if you've got the registration number. If you're using one of the registrations I found for you last week, the registration number will be at the bottom! :D

If you need to know WHAT the certificate will tell you, this page outlines every state ... http://members.westnet.com.au/web/talltrees/civil_registration.htm ... and as you can see, you get quite a bit on Victorian death certificates! :D

Many thanks to all who responded and helped me withmy GREENWOOD - BALLARAT query, it is appreciated.

I would like to order a death certificate/ transcript for my Richard Greenwood. I would like to know whether the information in the certificate/transcript is the same as for those I have received from NSW - there I used a Transcription agent.

How do I order a death certificate in VICTORIA?
