I am attempting to trace the family of STUBBS, John William [John aged 22 at marriage - he came out to OZ at aged 18 - went back to England and married] CM 941319
Marriage Spouse: HOLT, Charlotte Marriage Place: Buckinghamshire Reg Year: 1868 Reg State: Victoria Ref Number 302 - Died 1922 #1189 at Dford - buried Daylesford 10 January 1922 aged 76.
father of John William Stubbs, Jas [James] Jacob Stubbs - mother Hannah Williams[Stafford appears to be Hannah's maiden name a- she was born in Thadwell England] John William Stubbs
wife Charlotte Holt Stubbs died Oct 1933 aged 57- buried at Daylesford.

John William Stubbs came out to Australia on the Champion of the Sea, ship in 1864 along with 5 siblings and their mother.
John William Stubbs and Charlotte had 11 children

Part of this family is some how or another related to the William Stubbs family of Tarnagulla
I know that some of this family ended up in Mildura - and someone has done some genealogy work on the family as I've found it in the LDS's records. I also have a picture of a nice of John William Stubbs'
