The Plaza Theatre was in Murphy St. - on the left heading south. The
Orana Theatre was in Reid St. opposite The Pinsent Hotel. If any one is
interested in more info on either of these theatres let me know. My
father (still living) was a projectionist at both theatres, up until the
time they closed down, and he has an excellent memory for people who
worked there and movies shown.
