Judy & Jackie,

I'm fairly sure that the Guadalupe House is (or was until recently) a home
/treatment centre at Granya, on the road from Albury to Jingellic & Walwa.
The building was formerly the Granya Hotel overlooking the Murray River arm
of the Hume Weir, but for years had served in sterling fashion as a rehab
place mostly for men with drug addiction problems. Lack of funding has
brought about its downfall I believe.

Maybe it has moved to the old St John's Orphanage at Thurgoona / Albury?
