I am hoping the people on this list with rellies who lived in Wooragee would be able to help me with the names of midwives/.nurses on the birth certificates.

If your rellie lived in Wooragee and is registered as born in Beechworth this is perhaps only because that was the registration office after the mid 1860's.

So anyone in Wooragee may well have been born there, but registered in Beechworth.
