Does anyone have access to Postal Directories for the period 1895-1900 for Beechworth - Everton - Carboor area of northeast Victoria.

I am trying to track where my grandfather was in this period, and although I know he was in the Beechworth - Everton - Carboor area according to birth records etc., I don't know where my grandparents lived at that stage.
