Hello Listers,
Is anyone researching the family of George Robert PAYNE supposedly born in Beechworth and his wife Mary Louise ROBINSON born Bright? Married in 1892 they had 4 children, 2 in Footscray, 1 KooWeeRup and 1 in Outtrim before I 'misplaced' them. George could have been a miner and followed the exodus of miners from Outtrim and Wonthaggi to the NSW coal fields.
