Hullo Carl,
My grandfather Samuel Walter Rankin's 2nd marriage
was to Mabel Victoria Matthews. She was born in Bairnsdale in 1883, & died
in Camberwell. Her parents were William Thorburn Matthews & Mary Jane
Phillips who married in 1872.
I don't know where they came from other than that.
