Years ago there was a split in the family because of religion, I believe that one of the brothers wanted to marry a catholic lady, so he did,and was sent packing, I am told he ended up down Cuddie Vale/Port Fairy way.

Hi Sally
Glad to hear you at least found out what you needed to find out.If it had
been required maybe I could have had a relo call in to the cemetery to look
at something for you.
It is a small world I am a Melbourne Couch with of course relations in that
area back to the Pioneer days.Garry Couch is/was one of my Ist cousins "was"
meaning he died of a heart attack a couple of years ago.
