As a result of feedback already received (my, some of you are quick!!!), I have
increased the font size on my Cemetery index pages. I have also added the
global surname index (not hugely useful, yet, with only 3 Cemeteries uploaded,
but as more are added this should be very handy).

Keep those comments coming, please.
