Good news! Passing this on on behalf of the team at History House Portland:

Glenelg Shire Council has granted permission for descendants of those immigrants who first set foot on Australian soil at PORTLAND VICTORIA to place a memorial on the north wall of the Ploughed Field. Initial contact can be made through
