Raymond BOURKE at the suit of Richard APPLETON, for whom Mr BENNETT
appeared, was ordered to pay into court the amount of an order obtained
against him for £7/8/3, together with £1/2 costs, of the summons and
examination, in installments of 5s a week. commencing on July 9th ; or in
default of any such payments, to undergo imprisonment for 14 days in
Ararat gaol.
