I stand corrected re Subscribing/Unsubscribing.

To subscribe - for example to the Western District Mailing List - you
would subscribe to
whereas before it was

BUT....

You still need the -D to subscribe to Digest mode

ALSO
the word subscribe MUST be in the SUBJECT FIELD and NOT the body of the
text - Mailman will reject these attempts whereas Smartlist handled either.
