Greetings for the coming year and good luck with your research.

At this time when many of us have some free time, let's see if we can get some help from others on the List. We'll have 3 types of contributions.

1) Let us know your names of interest. Give us places and any info that may help others to help you.
SUBJECT HEADING, e.g., ROLL CALL - BREWSTER, CAREY, WILSON, BENSON in Portland

2) Share your brick wall. Some one on the List just may have the key to breaking it down.
SUBJECT HEADING, e.g., BRICK WALL - What became of Isabella WILSON after her marriage?

3) Pass on any gem of WD info that you have come across in the past year. It may be a website, a book, or something you ratted out in a FH Library. Just relate it to the Western District.
SUBJECT HEADING, e.g. WD INFO - Maritime Museum at Port Macdonnell

If you get a good response then make a decision as to when you should change your discussion from public to private. If it's obvious that only you and one other are interested then move it off the List. Sometimes however we get right into a topic and enjoy a bit of lively discussion. If in any doubt just ask.
