William BRAY born St Austell Cornwall in 1839, settled in St Arnaud in
about1874 with his 1st wife Sarah Shueard and their 7 children. A further 5
children were born in St Arnaud when Sarah died and William married Mary
Anne CARNEY in 1889 at Carapooee and had a further 8 children.
Of the 20 children, the following married and the names of their spouses are
given.

James 1878 - 1914 Sybella McDONALD

Grace 1890 - ? Joseph DUGGAN
Mary (Molly) 1891 - 1953 John RYAN
Anastasia 1892 - ? Michael CAINE

Ursula 1903 _ ? William KELLY

I would welcome contact with any of these families most of whom lived at
least part of their lives in or near St Arnaud.
