Do you mean Ballarat Brewing Company Limited?

If so, here is a time line taken from
http://www.asx.com.au/about/pdf/historicalcompanieslisted.pdf

1857 - The Ballarat Brewing company dates back to 1857 when Messrs J Coghlan
and A. Magill established the Phoenix Brewery.

Tulloch who, in 1863, went into partnership with Mr M McLaren in the Royal
Standard Brewery.
1885 - The Phoenix and The Royal Standars Breweries merged to form Coghlan &
Tulloch Ballarat Brewing Company Proprietary Limited.
1911 - The Phoenix Brewery was closed and the company became The Ballarat
Breewing COmpany Proprietary Limited
1936 - he Company became a public company known as The Ballarat Brewing
Company Limited.
1997 - The Company was delisted on 13 March 1997 after a takeover by Carlton
